• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be provided so you can monitor your shipment.
• Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be affected by weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Incorrect Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information may be the customer's responsibility.
• Delivery Attempts: PostEx may make delivery attempts according to its operational procedures. Customers should remain available at the provided contact number and address.
